Angela Denise is the founder of Win Smart and a leadership coach with a clear focus: helping bid teams unlock their full potential and win more, together.

With over two decades of experience in public sector bidding, Angela understands the pressures, pace, and complexity of high-stakes bid environments-because she’s lived them. With a track record of leading major wins in construction, housing, and energy and mentoring over 100 apprentices through the UK’s Apprenticeship Scheme, she she brings a depth of experience in building capability at every level.

Angela specialises in transforming how bid teams work—not by adding more pressure, but by creating clarity, connection, and confidence where it’s most needed.

She works with bid leaders, heads of department, and senior women navigating demanding roles to develop the leadership behaviours, strategic focus, and team alignment needed to deliver consistently high performance.
